Can’t believe I missed this one.  It will have to do as I wasn’t able to get everything finished that I wanted to tonight (go figure).

Marcel Lizak, 33, was arrested for DUI at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, said Campton Hills Police Chief Greg Anderson. Lizak was released from police custody at 8:24 p.m. after posting $100 bail, Anderson said. His car was impounded, police said. Lizak was struck by a car and killed while trying to cross Illinois Highway 38 near LaFox Road at 11:18 p.m. The driver will not be charged.
